I started my career as a technical writer before transitioning into content design. Now, I often share insights on topics like content research and designing human-centered AI experiences. I’m also a Lead Instructor at UXCC for the Content Testing & Research course. When I’m not deep in design work, I love to unwind by baking and enjoying meals with my loved ones.
