If you sign up for a workshop, but are unable or forget to attend, we’ll send a recording of the session so you have the chance to make use of your missed workshop. If you prefer to attend a future session, you can reach out to help@uxcontent.com to request a makeup discount code.
Yes, you can sign up yourself or sign up your whole team. Choose the number of attendees you want to pay for. You’ll then provide details for each attendee so we can include them on workshop communications.
Yes, you can transfer your session if you’re unable to attend. Please get in touch at info@uxcontent.com and we’ll help.
To become a Certified UX Writer, you’ll need to complete a full training program via one of our online courses. Workshops are awesome, but we can’t teach as much in a few hours as we can over 8-10 weeks of learning.
Yes, we’ll share out a recording of the workshop after the session. The recordings are for use by attendees only. (Please don’t share recordings publicly or with your team. Thank you!)
