A comprehensive education in leadership for content designers
Start with the fundamentals of what it means to lead in UX content. You’ll explore how to define a vision, build scalable systems and processes, measure success, and apply strategic thinking to product and design challenges.

Students will also complete self-paced strategy exercises. You’ll map out content systems, practice articulating content strategy, and explore methods for demonstrating value at scale.
Take your leadership further. This session covers people management, team growth, stakeholder relationships, and the visibility you need to advocate for your team and shape product direction.
Students will also complete self-paced exercises on how to build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders and achieve more.

In this week, leadership students will attend training that combines key teaching from our AI workshops
✓ Plans on how to create, manage, and optimize content using AI across business and product development
✓ The fundamentals of designing for and with AI, including a foundation in ethics
✓ Context engineering, and how to scale content design practices with AI
✓ How to create an evaluation framework for content created with AI
✓ How to work with other key colleagues including engineers, product managers, and technical teams
At this point in the course, students have a chance to meet with Connie and ask questions about the course, what they’ve learned so far, and how they can apply everything to their own work.
Week 5
As students continue to work on their final projects, they have a chance to meet with Connie one-on-one to discuss everything they’ve learned, and how to best prepare for their panel presentations.
Week 6
Students are given time at this stage to develop their final presentations and get it in the best possible format.
Week 7
Students will meet with UXCC CEO and Cofounder Patrick Stafford to discuss their upcoming presentations, ask questions, and put themselves in the best possible position to succeed.
Week 8
Students are given time at this stage to develop their final presentations and get it in the best possible format.
The course culminates in this week: develop a strategic plan for implementing a major content design plan, and present your plan to a group of expert content designers.
You’ll receive detailed feedback on your plan, your presentation skills, and leave with a comprehensive report from the panel on where you can improve.
