Lesson 7: Structuring content for intelligent systems. Learn how structured content principles underpin everything from generative UX to personalization.

Build a Strategic Content System

By the end of the course, you’ll put everything you’ve learned into practice with a major project. You’ll take on the role of a senior content designer tasked with creating a strategic content system for a full product experience.

You’ll choose a real or fictional product and create a set of deliverables that demonstrate how content can scale, perform, and drive product outcomes. Expect to:

  • Analyze complex product ecosystems and map content to them
  • Design reusable, multi-surface content components in Figma
  • Model structured content using tools like Airtable or JSON
  • Define success metrics tied to business and UX outcomes
  • Propose logic for dynamic content or AI-powered personalization
  • Present your thinking clearly, with rationales and strategy notes

You’ll walk away with a strategic plan that proves you can lead content at scale and think beyond the interface.
